Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state, and have a US shipping address to place an order.

Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship it. We may refuse or cancel any order — for example for suspected fraud, stock issues or errors — and will refund any amount charged.

Pricing errors

Prices are in USD. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund you, or contact you to confirm the correct price before shipping.

Promo codes

• WELCOME10: 10% off the order subtotal, intended for new newsletter subscribers on their first order.
• HAVENLY15: 15% off the order subtotal during the promotion period.
• One code per order. Codes can't be combined, have no cash value, and can't be applied to past orders.
• We may change or end promotions at any time and cancel orders that misuse codes.

Shipping and returns

Shipping and returns are governed by our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds policy, which are part of these terms.

Product information and used items

We try to describe products accurately, but colors, images and some manufacturer descriptions may vary. Used and vintage items are sold in the condition described in the listing using our condition grades.

Reviews and user content

• Reviews must be honest, based on your own experience, and free of hateful, unlawful or spam content, personal data or links.
• We may remove reviews that break these rules. We don't edit reviews to change their meaning.
• By posting, you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display your review.

Intellectual property

Site content, logos and design belong to Havenly Goods or its licensors. Brand names and trademarks belong to their owners. Don't copy or reuse our content without permission.

Disclaimers

Except as stated in our policies or required by law, the site and products are provided "as is". Manufacturer warranties, where offered, are provided by the manufacturer.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Havenly Goods is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved.

Governing law
